By accessing or using XXXPORNHUB (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

The Service indexes metadata about videos hosted by approved third-party providers. We do not host, upload, store, or transmit any video files. All playback occurs on the third-party provider's platform, subject to their terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose;
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM, or paywalls;
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to access administrative or non-public areas;
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security.

5. Intellectual Property

All video content remains the property of its respective providers and rights holders. Metadata, design, and code of the Service are owned by us or licensed to us.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not verify every metadata field supplied by third-party providers and disclaim liability for inaccuracies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid us in the past twelve months or (b) USD $50.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
